We are committed to keeping young members safe and non-identifiable. We have a strict photo policy in which identification of the photographed subjects are made only under certain conditions. Where photos of members have been placed, written permission has been sought by parents/guardian to confirm that placing an image of them or them with others is acceptable. Full names of image subjects are denied from being displayed. Where naming is involved only the Christian name of the child is used. Where names are used in accompanying articles no reference to the subjects positions in the images shall be made.

If you have come across an image which has a picture of your child that you find unacceptable please inform us immediately via our Contact Us page or via enquiries@cornwallscouts.org.uk.
