External Awards

There are a number of external awards that young people can get involved with and leaders can incorporate in to their programmes. Below are links to some of the awards:

Community Safety Award

This award helps to prepare young people to have an understanding and awareness of what to do in the event of an emergency, consider the family unit in preparing for an emergency, and extending to those people within the community who may require assistance.

The original Scout badge has now been used as the basis for a soon-to-be Nationwide award scheme.
