Beaver Challenge

The Beaver Challenge will take place at Trelissick Gardens TR3 6QL with registration opening at 11am and the route will open at 11:30am on Saturday 28th April. Please note no Beaver challenge vehicles will be allowed into the carpark before 10:30am. The challenge this year take the form of a guided walk with written instructions, there will be things to find and activities on route. The route will be on the national trusts grounds but will include some road walking so hi viz vests should be warn. Owing the start being open to the public we have decided that there will be no large marquee with craft, marshmallow toasting or bouncy castle this year. But we will be giving you lots of activities for the young people to complete on the walk so therefore it is hoped that you will take a bit more time with the activities that will be in your envelopes.  If you finish early what you do will be up to you can visit the beach and woodlands onsite.

The beaver route will close at 4:00pm. We suggest collection of Beavers between 3:30 and 4:00pm.. The Scout shop and tuck shop will be open as normal the Beavers will be able to eat their packed lunch in the shelter along the route where tuck will also be on Sale. We suggest the beavers walk in wellington or hiking boots as the route is likely to muddy.

Beaver should be in uniform and clearly wearing there group neckers.
